1. Services
humsearly provides business training and career coaching, including career strategy, leadership development, professional skills training, and career transition support. Our services are educational and advisory in nature and are intended to support your professional development.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. No Guarantee of Results
Our coaching is designed to help you make progress, but outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and market conditions. We do not guarantee any specific result, such as a promotion, job offer, salary increase, or business outcome.
4. Enrollment, Billing, and Plans
- Program fees are described on our pricing page and are billed on a monthly or annual basis, as selected.
- Annual plans include a 30% discount and are billed for the committed term.
- You may upgrade, downgrade, pause, or cancel your plan in accordance with the options available in your account.
- All fees are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted.
5. 7-Day Guarantee & Refunds
New clients may request a full refund within seven (7) days of their first payment if the program is not the right fit. Refund requests should be sent to info@humsearly.info. After the 7-day period, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, attend scheduled sessions, and use the materials and guidance for your own lawful, personal professional development. Coaching materials are for your individual use and may not be resold or redistributed.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and within our programs — including text, graphics, frameworks, and workbooks — is owned by humsearly or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Disclaimers
